Teacher Leo, as he is fondly called by his students, finished his AB-English degree at Philippine State College of Aeronautics in Mactan Air Base Campus, Lapu-Lapu City in April 2009. He passed the Licensure Examinations for Teachers in November of the same year.

In May 2010, he got his first professional job as an English teacher at Al-Jazeera International Academy in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia where he worked with professionals from Great Britain, the US, Ireland, Egypt, Syria, South Africa, and the Philippines. He was also, later on, promoted to a supervisory position and then moved to one of the biggest universities in the Kingdom--Al-Baha University.

In 2013, he worked as a call center sales representative for Convergys Philippines at IT Park, Lahug, Cebu, taking calls from the United States.

In 2015, he co-authored the book, "A Masterclass in English: Reading and Language Fluency Book," with Teacher Susan. The book is currently used exclusively for the Kinder II class at Mt. Sinai. Presently, he is writing more books in Math, English, Science, Writing, Reading, and Language which are specifically designed to complement with the method that Mt. Sinai has been using.

T. Leo is cooperative, directive, and expressive. He always looks for the very best and expects only the best out of those around him. He communicates to his pupils that each one of them has the potential to succeed and motivates others to meet the Teacher's positive expectations. He is warm, outgoing, and values harmonious relations and interpersonal communication. He is usually easy to get along with, tolerant of others, and popular. He may also be the most expressive of all the role variants. He doesn't hesitate to share his feelings, beliefs and ideas. He is very enthusiastic and can be a charismatic public speaker. His exceptional language skills enhance his influence within groups, and he is often asked to assume leadership roles.
